INSTRUCTIONS

Attach Thrifty 150 Pro to a 3/8 hose pressurized with dip.
Depress the level on the handle until the dip covers the wiper.
When dipping cows keep a clean, fresh, steady supply of dip coming to the top of the wiper. You can adjust the pressure on the dip pump so that a perfect amount comes to the top of the wiper when dipping. Just have the milkers hold the lever completely depressed when dipping.
The wiper on the Thrifty 150 Pro needs periodic cleaning. When using for pre-dip, wash after every shift. When using for post-dip, clean once every three days, or as often as needed to keep the wiper clean. To clean, simply unthread the cup from the ring. Gently lift fits against the ring, be sure to not lose the washer that fits against the ring. Submerge wiper in a small container of hot water and sanitizer. Bristles will relax and debris will fall out. Do not use circulating water to clean wiper, this has a tendency to tangle the bristles and decrease the life of the wiper.
When the wiper becomes worn, replace with a new one. Worn out wipers will increase teat dip usage.
